It's not how good you are, it's how good you want to be-Paul Arden.

Algunas ideas del último mini libro que me leí..
-All creative people need something to rebel against, it's what gives their lives excitement.
-You must not confuse being good with being liked.
-Try to do the things that you're incapable of.
-Make your vision of where you want to be a reality. NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE!
-As long as the goal is there, there is no limit to anyone's achievement.
-Do not seek praise. Seek criticism.
-Somehow the more you give away the more comes back to you.
-Don't look/wait for the next opportunity. The one you have in hand is the opportunity.
-Whatever is on your desk right now, that's the one. Make it the best you possibly can.
-In our vision of how we hope it will be, we leave no room for failure.
-When it can't be done, do it. If you don't do it, it doesn't exist.
-Being right is also being boring. Your mind is closed. You are not open to new ideas.

-DON'T BE AFRAID TO WORK WITH THE BEST:
The best people can be difficult. THey are single-minded, they have tunnel vision. That's what makes them good. They are reluctant to compromise. They can be intimidating, especially to the young, but if you approach them with an attitude that you want to do something well, they will respond positively. Because they want yo do something well too. And if you are clear about
what you what and strong about getting it, though there may be argument, they will respect you (if not at the time, afterwards..)
